The brainchild of the team behind wildly popular The Palomar Restaurant in Soho, London, The Palomar Cookbook is every bit as beautiful as the food encased in its pages.
Inspired by the dishes of Jerusalem, this cookbook is so full of flavour you’ll wonder why you ever ate (read: wasted your time on) any other cuisine. Sharp photography by Helen Cathcart brings life to the recipes on the pages of this tome – which range from meze to mains, and desserts to cocktails.
I was lucky enough to attend the launch of this beauty, and if its drinks and nibbles were any indication of what you might be able to create using this book (and they are!), you’re in safe hands.
