Not all of us can be a perfect picture of calm while cooking. If you, like me, tend to get a little frazzled in the kitchen where more than five ingredients are concerned, this, my friend, is the cookbook for you.
My favourite thing about Emily’s recipes is the way the accompanying images are laid out. Ingredients are captured in a flat-lay, picturing everything you need – followed by a snap of the resulting dish. These are the kind of before-and-after pictures I can get behind. Each recipe brings maximum flavour, uses minimum ingredients and take minimal time. It’s a YES from me.
If you start with one recipe, I highly recommend the cauliflower cheese steaks with parsley salad. I impressed even myself with this one.
